These terms apply to your use of usmlestep1qbank.com ("USMLE Step 1 QBank", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying access, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details, including a working email address and phone number.
- Each account is for one person. Sharing a login or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without a refund.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One free trial is allowed per person.
2. Free trial
The free trial ends after 7 days or 30 questions, whichever comes first. No payment details are needed. After the trial, your results stay visible but new questions are locked until you buy a package.
3. Packages and payment
- Packages give access for a fixed period: Spark (1 month, $15), Momentum (3 months, $29), Mastery (6 months, $45) and Year Pass (12 months, $59). Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is made through a payment link (PayPal, Stripe or Wise) that we send by email after you submit a Request Access form.
- Access is activated by our team once payment is confirmed. Your access period starts on the activation date.
- All packages are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically and you will not be charged again.
- You can upgrade to a longer package by paying the difference.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the questions in the QBank. After 7 days, or once you have used 10% or more of the questions, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@usmlestep1qbank.com from the address on your account.
5. Acceptable use
- The questions, explanations and site design are protected by copyright. They are for your personal study only.
- You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, scrape, download in bulk, share or publish any content.
- You may not try to get around access limits, the trial limits or the security of the site.
6. Educational content, not medical advice
All questions, explanations and any AI-assisted content are for exam preparation only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat anyone. Content may contain errors; if you find one, please report it so we can review and correct it. We do not guarantee any exam result.
7. Independence
USMLE Step 1 QBank is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USMLE, NBME or FSMB. "USMLE" is used only to describe the exam our content helps you prepare for.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update the content, features or these terms; we will post changes on this page and update the date above.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes.
10. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
