What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and country.
- Study data: the questions you answer, your answers, time per question, bookmarks and scores.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, Request Access form, email or live chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
We do not collect card details. Payments are handled by PayPal, Stripe or Wise under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account, trial and access period.
- To send payment links, activation and account emails.
- To answer support requests.
- To show your analytics and improve questions and the service.
- To prevent abuse, such as repeated free trials.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), our live-chat provider (Tawk.to), Google Analytics and Search Console (only with consent, for analytics), and an AI provider used to help prepare explanations (no personal data is sent for that). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and study data while your account is open and for up to 24 months after your last activity, unless the law requires longer (for example, payment records). Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for analytics, at any time. Email support@usmlestep1qbank.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms, and optional analytics cookies only after you agree.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, the site uses HTTPS, and admin access is restricted.
